My goal is to help you with what troubles you.
I'm doing much better now but that wasn't always the case. I've spent many years of my teenage years with physical tension and anxiety. I didn't know what to do with these challenges and I couldn't find the help I need.
That propelled me on my healing journey to understand my own movement and habits of mind, body and emotions.
That brought me to the Feldenkrais Method. A profound approach to creating the change we desire in ourselves.
I've learned many tools and approaches that I want to share with you.
These tools go beyond handling anxiety and tension and pain. These tools have helped me improve my relationships and my inner clarity. They have helped me cultivate playfulness, resourcefulness and wisdom. They will help you too.
